I live in Woods Edge Subdivision in the Richmond Area and have monitored this area since 1992. I have been in the Real Estate industry since 1978. The type of property that exists in the Richmond, Katy, Fulshear, Simonton and Sugarland area require a specialized level of knowledge. Whether it is Water Wells and Septic Systems, to Rollback and MUD tax, I have the knowledge.
