Demetrice earned his degree in Civil Engineering studies from Prairie View A&M, and his comprehensive knowledge of development is a tremendous asset as he guides clients through a project from start to finish. Assisting with everything from land acquisition to floor plan design to interiors is all in a day's work for Demetrice. This strong work ethic led to his recognition as one of Houston's Top Producing Realtors in 2019.

Although he is both dedicated and responsible in his profession, Demetrice brings a lighthearted attitude to his work. Comedy is good to my soul, he says. You should see me on the golf course!
