About Kathryn Dreyfus

With caring, honesty and integrity as the foundations of her practice, Kathy Dreyfus is a strong advocate for her clients. Extremely conscientious, she is an excellent listener and is always attuned to the clients’ needs. What gives Kathy her greatest satisfaction as a Realtor® is making her clients happy with their transactions, whether buying or selling. Her overriding concern combined with her people skills and ethical grounding differentiate her as an exceptional real estate professional.

You could say that real estate is in Kathy's blood. After all she was born into the real estate business given that her father, uncles and grandfather were all well known Realtors in the San Antonio area. As a native Texan, she has lived in Houston since the early 1970s and in Bellaire since 1983. She says that one of her favorite activities as a real estate professional is introducing newcomers to the city she has grown to love so very much. She must be good at it. Kathy has consistently been a top producer since the start of her career.

As a former medical social worker, Kathy has a long history of making strong personal connections. She is well known for her "concierge" level of service and attention to detail. Adept at solving complex problems, Kathy does extensive research, studies market trends and does all the "home" work her clients need to make an informed decision. Because of her experience with the medical profession and as the wife of a physician, Kathy understands, first hand, the specific needs of members of the medical field and their families.

Dong H. Kim, M.D., Chairman of the Department of Neurosurgery at the University of Texas Medical School at Houston, concurs, saying, "Kathy has played a critical role in the successful recruitment of faculty to our department."

While Kathy shows and sells all over Houston, her market focus encompasses Bellaire, Meyerland, West University, Southampton, and the Medical Center area, as well as the Tanglewood area and Memorial Villages.

Kathy believes it is important to be committed to the community in which she lives and serves. In fact, she has served on several charitable and civic boards. As former chair of the Education Committee of the Anti-Defamation League, Kathy actively promoted the No Place For Hate Program, an anti-bias education program, which is now widely represented in schools throughout the greater Houston area.
