About Lindsay Schoppe

Lindsay Schoppe has lived in The Woodlands & Magnolia area for 24 years. This has offered her the first-hand experience of growing up in and around the evolving communities of Montgomery and Harris County, while also cultivating long lasting relationships with local businesses and residents throughout the years. She became a licensed real estate agent in 2018.

"Historical knowledge and appreciating the growth of the local communities where I work, is one of the most important elements of my real estate career". Lindsay enjoys showcasing diverse homes and properties in long-established neighborhoods, and brand new communities.

Lindsay's experience prior to real estate is built on a solid foundation of hospitality and customer service. She spent 13 years in the bar/service industry, holding multiple leadership roles during that time, while also attending Sam Houston State University and graduating with BS in Psychology. Additionally, she worked in Client Relations for a global energy infrastructure corporation, which allowed her to work directly with C-Level Executives and their clients. These roles instilled a work ethic based on prioritizing client satisfaction, communication, integrity, and trust, which has enhanced her career as a real estate agent.

Being a real estate agent who genuinely values effective communication is one of the many great characteristics that sets her apart from the rest.
