Victoria Lewis is experienced and knowledgeable in the real estate market and has the expertise needed to successfully guide you through selling and buying a home. Victoria is an accomplished realtor with highly effective communication skills who assists her clients throughout the process from beginning to end. With multiple offers, Victoria sold our home over the listing price in just three (3) days and she powerfully negotiated our contract to buy another home despite difficult Sellers and their unscrupulous realtor. As a persuasive negotiator, she’s very patient, persistent and clever. Over the past several years, Victoria has been our realtor for several real estate transactions. I’ve witnessed her strong work ethic and a fierce commitment to serve, protect and satisfy her clients. She’s friendly, down to earth, understanding and genuinely caring. I’d also describe her as tenacious, diligent, trustworthy and focused. Making herself accessible to her clients and sometimes working 7 days a week, Victoria is self-motivated and goes to bat for her clients when unavoidable problems occur. We completely trust her to look out for our best interest. On the day we closed, when we were having unexpected problems moving everything out, she showed up and brought additional help to assist. Victoria Lewis is the BEST realtor ever !!! She has helped us throughout this journey. She has gone over and beyond! Honestly we don’t know what we would have done without her. I had three other realtors before Victoria. They wouldn't email back. Would make me feel like a burden if I wanted to look at properties. They couldn't even explain basic home buying information. Then I met Victoria and she set the gold standard for how clients should be treated. She was always helpful even when I would have questions at the oddest times. She helped me negotiate on several properties that didn't quite work out, and she was always happy and positive. I am probably considered a needy client and Victoria far exceeded my expectations. I ended up with exactly what I wanted in a home and will use her again without question.

Victoria recently helped my husband & I buy a new home, our time line was very tight & she worked tirelessly to help us throughout the entire process. She no doubt manages a very busy schedule in her career as well as being a mom & wife, but some how she makes it seem as if you’re her only client & top priority anytime you meet or speak with her. She is so kind, knowledgeable, and truly has her clients best interest at heart. She far exceeded every expectation we had, she went above & beyond in so many different ways I can’t list them all here. We looked at newer homes, older homes, & new construction, & she had such a keen eye for things that may be potential issues, & was always able to offer helpful advice on what it may take to resolve the issue in a particular house. She also helped us in understanding what to expect and what to ask for when dealing with the seller & our lender. Which was such a blessing to us as first time buyers, there was a lot of things that she taught us along the way that we were naive to before. We’re very happy here in our new home, but if in the future we find ourselves back in the market, she will be the only person we want to work with. I feel like I gained not only a wonderful advocate for anything related to real estate, but also a trusted friend. If you’re looking for an agent, I truly believe you won’t find anyone better than Victoria ❤️
