Great communications skills and she does exactly what she says. She has gone above and beyond to sell ours homes. Over the years she has sold 2 homes for us. Working with Mrs. James (VJ to me) was the absolute best experience a new home seeker like my family or someone looking for their next home could have. Vanessa was very knowledgeable and patient with us b/c we weren't originally from Houston so she provided great input as we were looking for a good school district 1st and convenience of economic necessities next in addition to fair market price for the house and a safe and family oriented neighborhood which gifted us the Cutten Green community. Mrs. James is Extremely professional with an even more welcoming personality to help guide home seekers through the process. Thank you so much for your support and guidance Mrs. VJ you are the BEST!

Being a first time home buyer in 2022 I was nervous and had no idea what how to even follow through with the whole experience! My husband and I had reached out to Venessa on a local property that we had lived next to, once meeting her she had guided us along the home journey that was very simple, and made the home buying process fairly easy! She was always available for us 24/7 with any questions that we had. On our closing date she made herself available even when she was across town when she had an important meeting just to be there to see us close on our home! In the future she will be the person I call!! Thank you again Venessa!! 😁
