“I usually don't write reviews but Tran is definitely worth my time to write this one. As a first time home buyer the whole process was daunting and highly stressful to say the least. Right from the start she was an amazing resource and made navigating this crazy market so much easier. She made note of our preferences including style of home, price range, and desired area. She would be up to date right when something of interest will be on the market to give us a heads up so we can have a chance to win out in this crazy market. She is very responsive. If we see something we like, she would often set up appointments same day if not early next day for us to see it. She is very thorough especially when she show us the houses that we wanted to see. She would go over all the pros and cons of not just the house but the whole neighborhood as a whole. She point out things that we would otherwise not notice outside of the information packets that she had carefully provided for us before each showing. She was very patient and available to answer all of our millions of questions. She would often send us market analyses on houses that we like for us to make an informed competitive offer and always keep our best interest in mind. Not only does she have the knowledge but she also have all the vital connections. She has an extensive list of inspectors, contractors, plumbers, and loan officers that she can recommend based on our needs. She is also VERY proactive. When we picked this house we selected a short option period. I was definitely concerned with getting an inspector out in time for this house. However, Tran had already made all the arrangements and scheduled not only a highly knowledgeable inspector, but also a plumber, AC guy, and pest inspection the next morning! We got all that done in less than 24 hours! Even after closing, Tran is still available to answer questions in term of house maintenance, important steps to do after closing, and even recommended a contractor for”
