Plus she will be honest with you and with the other party (i.e. buyer or seller). She will get you in touch with the right people and answer all your questions. If you need a loan (e.g. first time buyer) she has a guy for that. If you need an inspector, she has a guy for that. If you need an electrician, plumber, title company, she has a guy for all of that as well. Tirsa is very thorough and will not let things fall through the cracks.
