Theresa is extremely knowledgeable in all things commercial real estate! I approached her with a crazy dream of building and leading out over 60,000sf of mixed-use retail and she didn’t bat an eye. She took the challenge and encouraged me to keep moving forward. She has not only found a list of interested tenants prior to construction, but she also has a wait list curated! Theresa is simply SUPER WOMAN. I'm not sure how she does it. Not only is she a top producing agent, she is an amazing coach and mentor to the entire Alpha Commercial team.
