Prior to gaining her real estate license and joining Vaughan Real Estate Group in 2016, Emily worked for a Lloyd's of London insurance syndicate specializing in Energy Underwriting. Emily has a Bachelor of Science in Geography and Management obtained from Loughborough University, England. Emily and her husband have lived in the Lake Livingston area for 8 years and currently reside in Point Blank. In her free time Emily enjoys walking her three dogs, exercising, entertaining friends and spending quality time with her husband and four-year-old daughter.

Three Generations of Real Estate ... Some things are just in your blood! My grandparents stressed the importance of owning rental properties with my father, who owned his first rent house at the age of 26. He then encouraged my mother to obtain her real estate license. She became a broker/owner of an agency, managed multiple rentals and served on various boards. Following in her footsteps, I obtained my license in 2007. Initially, I worked part-time while raising two small children. I now work in real estate full-time and enjoy spending time with my husband and children, who are now at Texas A&M. An occasional game of golf, walking to Market Street, visiting family, and traveling help to keep me balanced.

With a strong desire to help people, I enjoy working with sellers as they transition to their next phase in life, as well as assisting buyers or tenants in finding their perfect home and community. Being affiliated with Connect Realty provides me with immense resources including innovative technology, specialized vendors, transaction partners, and fellow agents. These resources allow me to easily monitor transactions and critical dates as well as provide support for issues that may come up during the process. Beyond marketing a home, I utilize my staging, pricing, and negotiation skills. I have resided in Galveston County for over 40yrs and am very familiar with Galveston Island, League City, Santa Fe, Webster, Alvin and other regions within the Houston/Metro and surrounding areas. I specialize in rural areas, and subdivisions within Galveston/Brazoria Counties. Hi, I'm Kaiti! Passionate about real estate sometimes seems like an understatement. There are days where I feel like all I do is live, eat and breath real estate. I've been a realtor in Texas since July 2016, and when I am not helping clients I am usually working on one of my personal investment properties.
