As a licensed mortgage broker and owner of title companies, I've gained extensive knowledge in various aspects of the business. I've even trained over 600 licensed realtors.


I hold a degree in Marketing & Management and continuously educate myself with the Texas Real Estate Commission. I've also owned and sold multiple successful businesses, developed and branded names, and created business franchise concepts.

With an extensive Military background, I hold my responsibilities as a real estate agent to the same high standards I employed while serving our country from 1990 2011. In addition to my service as a SOLDIER, I worked for The Operational Test Command where I traveled around the United States to test new Army equipment for six years. Throughout that time, my desire to transition out of the Military and into retirement, led me to achieve my real estate license in 2006 while still living in Killeen, TX, a city known for its widespread Military presence, and active in the Military. In 2011, he decided to purse real estate full time and retire from the Military. It is with great pleasure that I present myself to the Houston community as a wealth of knowledge and experience.

I have been a licensed REALTOR® since 2023. Although I was born in Paulton, England, I have been raised in the greater Houston area since 1998, so I consider myself a Texan. As for my areas of specialization, I am willing to help my clients in any way I can to get them what they want.

Before becoming a REALTOR®, I became a Texas licensed Certified Public Accountant, since 2017. I hold a master's degree in accounting from Texas A&M and took a series of Oil and Gas and Real Estate electives to broaden my understanding of the greater Houston markets. I married my wonderful wife, Katelyn, in 2020 and we have a beautiful baby girl, Holland. We currently live in an 80-year-old farmhouse on 200 acres just north of the Madisonville, TX area in a small town called Normangee.

I believe what sets me apart from others is my ability to explain even the most complicated components of a transaction to my clients in a way they can understand. As a laid-back and easygoing person, I can deal with and attain even the most unique of home requests.

My mother, Ruth Duance, has been working as a real estate agent since 2006 and has been the greatest influence on my life, both personally and professionally and inspired me to get my license shortly after college. I have followed my mother's real estate career through the years and what I've learned from her helps me in the marketing of the houses my clients entrust me to sell. My experience in accounting helps me better understand the financial side of the business, which I believe will be a useful asset to have when working to find the perfect house for my clients. Claire Wollard was born and raised in northwest Missouri. She moved to the Houston area in 2006 and has lived in The Woodlands since then. She has been actively involved in many church, school, and community organizations and activities. Claire became a real estate agent in 2020.

Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Claire worked as an athletic trainer then as a pharmaceutical representative in which she won many sales awards. She took several years off to homeschool her son. Along the way, she led many committees both in the PTO and within her son's Boy Scout Troop.

With many years of sales and leadership experience, Claire knows about listening to her client's needs, negotiating the deal, and the importance of communication. She is a highly organized multitasker who will help you whether buying, selling, or leasing.
