Claire Wollard was born and raised in northwest Missouri. She moved to the Houston area in 2006 and has lived in The Woodlands since then. She has been actively involved in many church, school, and community organizations and activities. Claire became a real estate agent in 2020.

Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Claire worked as an athletic trainer then as a pharmaceutical representative in which she won many sales awards. She took several years off to homeschool her son. Along the way, she led many committees both in the PTO and within her son's Boy Scout Troop.

With many years of sales and leadership experience, Claire knows about listening to her client's needs, negotiating the deal, and the importance of communication. She is a highly organized multitasker who will help you whether buying, selling, or leasing.

Kristin Tidwell has been a licensed real estate agent since 2015. Since then, she has been involved in many aspects of the real estate industry which is how she found a love and a need for home staging. She has worked with many homeowners all over Houston and surrounding areas to help homes sell quicker and for a higher price. Prior to Real Estate, Liz spent 15 years of her professional career helping business partners manage all aspects of human resources and performance improvement. Staci Loftus was born and raised in Pennsylvania and moved to Texas in 2007, where she has been a resident of The Woodlands since that time. She became a licensed real estate agent in 2021. Staci enjoys being a real estate agent because it provides her the opportunity to help friends and family pursue their dreams with real estate. What Staci loves most about real estate is the community she lives in and the ability of real estate to help you reach your goals. The Houston area is such a vibrant and family friendly place to be able to call your home, but also invest securely in. Staci has always been interested in real estate and getting her license has helped her and her husband continue to build their real estate business while helping others reach their real estate goals as well. She worked as a middle school teacher in Philadelphia and New Jersey before moving and teaching in Texas. Staci loved being a teacher because of the relationships, educating and guidance that was implemented in the classroom. These qualities were imperative to being a successful teacher and Staci feels these same qualities are imperative to being a good realtor as well. Building relationships, providing guidance and being educated as much as you can about the communities, process and opportunities in real estate are her goals for all her clients. Being a teacher was a rewarding profession until Staci took time off to focus on her family. Staci and her husband have three children who have been born and raised in The Woodlands. The kids keep everyone busy with sports and their interests. As a family they all love to travel, especially on RV trips, spend time at the lake and play games together.
