As a realtor based in Katy, Texas, I bring a unique blend of experience and patience with 10 years of teaching experience and a mother of three wonderful kids. Though I was born and raised in Louisiana, Texas has been my home for the majority of my adult life. I have an innate passion for helping people, and I strive to make a positive impact on their lives in any way possible. In my spare time, I indulge my creative side by crafting unique creations. Why Real Estate?


My journey into real estate began when I purchased my first home, and the sense of accomplishment I felt was extraordinary. Knowing that I had worked diligently to achieve such a significant goal was incredibly gratifying. Coming back to a place I could call my own every day was an amazing feeling. I want to provide others with that same sense of pride and home ownership. For those who have owned homes before and are looking to move, I am dedicated to helping them find a place that truly encompasses their desires. With a longtime passion and curiosity of the real estate market and design trends in the Houston area, Paige provides a personalized service to clients by understanding their needs and desires for the perfect home whether it be a personal residence or an investment property. Being a native Houstonian, growing up in the Spring/Klein area and a resident of The Woodlands since 2008, Paige brings a wealth of knowledge about the local community and greater Houston area. Paige is passionate about helping clients find what they are looking for in a home and feels she is able to genuinely connect with people to help them navigate their real estate journey. She recognizes that buying or selling a home can be a stressful time in one's life and her goal is to make the process be as positive and smooth as possible. As a mother of four kids, she also provides insight from a perspective of a parent and is very familiar with the many wonderful schools and amenities in the area. Paige graduated from The University of Texas with a bachelor's degree in education and loves being able to use her educator skills in a different way. When not working, you can usually find her substitute teaching at a local school, volunteering with her kid's activities or on the sidelines of a football or soccer field watching her kids play or cheer. She enjoys exercise, reading, outdoors and spending time with her family and friends.

Jaclyn is a former teacher turned real estate expert, bringing a wealth of knowledge, dedication, and a passion for helping others to the world of buying and selling homes. With a background in education, Jaclyn is adept at guiding clients through the complex process of real estate transactions, ensuring they understand every step along the way. Kyle has knowledge in the commercial and residential real estate industry having worked for various mortgage companies and real estate law firms over the past couple of years. He attended the University of Texas at Austin where he received his Bachelor's degree in Government. He then attended law school in Houston where he received his juris doctor, obtained his law license,and worked for a real estate law firm for a year. In that time he discovered his real passion was in selling commercial and residential real estate. Kyle is also a license to carry a handgun instructor for the State of Texas and enjoys collecting and shooting firearms.

Stephanie has set up roots here in Texas for the past 12 years, after living in different states as well as overseas. She knows how challenging it is to move and how important it is to find the right home. Her experience growing up in a military family taught her how to adapt quicker and the need for support when moving. She used these lessons when she started moving around with her own family. She has carried this knowledge over to her real estate business when helping clients.



Stephanie attended the University of Florida and Florida Atlantic University where she earned her BS in Criminal Justice. Some of her previous jobs have included the Stafford County Public Schools and the Department of State while living overseas in Panama.

After moving around with my family as a military brat and then moving my own family around, I am now settled in and proud to call Texas my home. Moving within the United States and abroad has helped give me the ability to successfully adapt to any situation. Before moving to Texas, I graduated with a bachelors degree from Florida Atlantic University. After graduating, I worked as an asset protection executive for 5 years where I went back to school to pick up courses in economics and history. My husband’s job took us overseas to central America where I had the opportunity to work for the State Department. While overseas, we lived in Panama and Guatemala where I learned about different cultures and had many memorable experiences exploring what each country had to offer. After returning to the United States, I worked for 3 years as a substitute teacher in Virginia. Our journey to Texas was almost there, as we made Louisiana our home for about a year.

As a mom of 4 kids, I understand the process it takes to move a family while maintaining a happy home. Buying or selling your home takes work.
