Growing up in Huntsville and moving to the Rice Village area to pursue a Bachelor's degree from The #1 Ranked Wolff Center for Entrepreneurship, Josh knows the joys of small-town living and the excitement of city-life. He now resides on a one-acre homestead in the Oak Ridge area with his wife, Meagan, and three children, Norah, Owen, and Ethan.

Josh began his career as a real estate investor in 2012, and soon found that his friends and family requested his help with their own personal transactions. Soon after licensure, his business began to grow and the J. Want Group is now part of Compass, the #1 listing brokerage in the Greater Houston region.

Terry (Sutaek) Im brings his passion for customer service and over 15 years of hospitality industry experience into the Real Estate Field. Prior to joining the Real Estate industry, Terry had worked at several worldwide luxury hotel brands in Houston, San Francisco, Chicago, and Asia after obtaining his Masters of Science degree in Hospitality Management from University of Houston. I have lived in the Greater Houston and The Woodlands area for over 25 years and have been an active part of the real-estate industry for over ten years. I am a graduate of the Texas Realtor Leadership Program in 2013 as ABR, CIPS,CNE, CLHS, and as a CCIM candidate. In 2017 I was the International Advisory Group Chair for the Houston Association of Realtors where I was able to lead the process for the International Listing Agreement act to be approved. With over a decade in the industry I have also been able to become a member of numerous notable associations and groups such as: the Montgomery County Political Affairs Committee, a TREPAC Major Investor, The Governmental Affairs Committee, Texas Realtors Commercial Committee Member, National Association of Hispanic Real Estate, and Realtors without Borders. When I am not working I like to be able to give back to my own community as a volunteer with the Montgomery County Meals on Wheels as well as an active member of the Montgomery County Animal shelter where have rescued three dogs.
