Born in Danville, Illinois, and raised in Overland Park, Kansas, Jo Anne and her husband, Troy, purchased their first home in The Woodlands in 1996. She feels great pride and humility to serve others in this dynamic and charitable community.

Troy and Jo Anne's pride and joy are their two kids, Ella and Grant. Aside from spending quality time with her family, Jo Anne enjoys cooking, traveling, reading biographies, college football, and home design.

Prior to her career in real estate, Brynn worked in the Entertainment industry in Los Angeles for eight years. With her unique background of working in film and television, she has extensive experience with sales and high-level marketing. Her passions lie not only in real estate, but also very deeply in people, relationships, and community. In her free time, you'll find Brynn on the golf course, running with her running group, or at a live sporting event with her husband, Logan. They were married at The Club at Carlton Woods in late 2019 and have a spunky orange tabby, Carlton. Carlton was, you guessed it: named after their gorgeous wedding venue!
