In 2023, Calvin passed his brokers exam and is a certified Broker Associate.

Susan Beirne is an almost native Texan who has lived all over Texas, from Waco to Dallas, to College Station. The last 22 years have been in The Woodlands area with her husband, Kevin, and three children, Connor, Allie, and Mason. Susan has an extensive knowledge of The Woodlands area, it's amenities, schools, kid's sports and activities, and neighborhoods. As a former Speech Pathologist and mother of three, Susan is involved in various community activities and charities. Although Susan has only lived in the The Woodlands area for 22, her family has deep roots in the Houston community. Her husband, Kevin, was born and raised in Houston and is a retired former major league baseball player who continues his passion through a Woodlands based pitching academy. Susan's father-in-law, Jim Beirne, is a former wide-receiver for the Houston Oilers and, later, a custom home builder in The Woodlands area for over 30 years. After earning a Master's in Journalism at the University of North Texas, Jim went on to a career in the newspaper industry, eventually serving as Publisher of The Courier, the main source of news and information for Montgomery County and the leading new vehicle for Houston Community Newspapers. He also operates Fredricks Group consulting and served as chief of staff for the Office of County Judge for Montgomery County.

A 23-year resident of Montgomery County, Jim is thoroughly acquainted with this county's rapid growth, its school and government systems and its best subdivisions. With more than two decades of communications experience, having won numerous awards at the state and local level for his work, and developing contacts that reach from Montgomery County, to Austin and ultimately Washington D.C, Jim is seeking to serve his real estate clients with the same level of excellence. Jim is a recognized leader in Montgomery County, serving as Chairman of the Montgomery County United Way and a member of the Board of Directors for the Greater Conroe Lake Conroe Area Chamber of Commerce. My real estate journey began in 2009 in Houston, TX and I am honored to have helped many along the way. Prior to that, I've worked in the Oil Field in Business Development & Procurement and was also a Veterinary Technician. The opportunities I had in the Oil Field were wonderful and I was on a great career path, but the feeling I had after closing my first client on their first home was more gratifying. My journey in life is to make a difference and to help others and with Real Estate I can do that. I am also extremely passionate about animal rescue. I am the founder of Paw Huggers Animal Rescue and we do a lot of community outreach in hopes of educating the public on proper pet care. We often focus on rescuing pets that are critical or special needs as we know not everyone is prepared to take on that level of commitment.
