I earned my professional license in July 2015 and started her new venture at Keller Williams, The Woodlands and Magnolia in August 2015. In my first year, I came out swinging. I was the KW the Woodlands and Magnolia 2016 "Rookie of the Year," and was invited to the Agency Leadership Council, an honor only given to those who are nominated by their peers. Six months into my career, I was nominated for the Eagle Award, which is one of the highest awards for any real estate agent. I was also welcomed into the KW President's Circle in 2017, and from the start has been in the top three in individual volume, listings, and closed units for KW the Woodlands and Magnolia. In 2018, I was No. 1 in closed units, which is yet another major milestone. In early 2020 I made an exciting and big change to move my team to RE/MAX The Woodlands & Spring which within their first two years at RE/MAX they've accomplished Texas Top 500 in both 2020 and 2021, and was also awarded Platinum Club in 2020. I continue to grow my team and have expanded into Austin and Dallas Texas.

Kristen is originally from Cape Cod Massachusetts and moved to Houston in 1998. Her background is in oil spill response for the oil and gas industry. Her experience in the spill response industry has added to her ability to communicate, negotiate and problem solve during difficult situations. As an agent Kristen listens carefully to her client's wants and needs, communicating effectively and providing a professional service. Jay was born and raised in Honolulu Hawaii, and relocated to The Woodlands, Texas in 2008. He obtained his license to sell real estate in the state of Texas in 2009. Jay and his wife Mickela, along with their three sons Jackson, Jameson, and Captain are very happy to call The Woodlands home. They feel extremely fortunate to live in such a family friendly community.
