Michelle is a native Texan that was born and raised around the north Houston area and currently resides in the Montgomery area with her husband and 3 children. After graduating from Klein High School she attended Blinn in College Station for a few years before finishing up her degree at Sam Houston State University. Shortly after graduating with a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice in 2006 and receiving a real estate license , Michelle decided to put her career path on hold as her and her husband started a family. For 10 years she has remained at home raising her 3 children, and has loved ever minute of it! In October of 2016 she once again received her real estate license, and recently began a new journey into real estate. Michelle believes that real estate is so much more than just buying and selling houses. Originally from Beaufort, South Carolina, Constance Willis has been calling the Houston area home for over 20 years. The daughter of a custom homebuilder, Constance inherited the keen sensibility to understand what clients desired out of their homes, as well as the homebuilding experience. This knowledge spearheaded her successful career in New Home Sales for the past 15+ years with two of the nation's most respected and recognized homebuilders. Nominated for Salesperson of the Year in 2019 by the Greater Houston Builder's Association, Constance's work ethic has earned her recognition by her peers and clients alike.

During her 8 years at David Weekly, she guided dozens of families in Imperial Oaks and The Falls through the building process, with prices ranging from 130,000 to over 400,000. She further developed her knowledge and career by joining Toll Brothers, America's largest luxury homebuilder, in 2013, where she assisted clients in Kingwood, The Woodlands and Woodson's Reserve, with homes ranging from the 500's to over 1.3 million.

Constance has been married for over 20 years to her husband, David, a Professional Engineer working for one of the largest global innovators in power generation and distribution. During their spare time, they enjoy traveling and spending quality time with their young daughter.

My name is Jennifer Rodriguez-Walker, Real Estate professional for Walzel Properties, LLC, once Texas Home Group Realtors. I enjoy both positions as a Buyer and Seller's Agent and also have experience as a Relocation Specialist. I am a proud wife, mother and grandmother of 8 and I absolutely love my hometown of Houston since I have lived in the suburbs, Spring/Woodlands area, since 1978. I have witnessed the growth of this beautiful city and am very familiar with the history here.

In the 1990's I began this journey by answering phones and assisting realtors, in a local real estate office. I fell in love with the process as I watched transactions come together and even fall apart. After getting married and having children I decided to join the team per say and became a realtor! I have had the pleasure of meeting so many families and assisting them in making the biggest decision of their lives, purchasing a home and I don't take that lightly. I have also had experience working with Dwellworks Relocation and their Oil and Gas clients, relocating internationally to the Houston and surrounding areas.
