A native of the Chicago suburbs, Jennifer earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Houston and resides in The Woodlands' Creekside neighborhood. She loves spending time with family, reading and traveling.

Laurie Harrington is a Licensed Texas Real Estate Agent at REMAX The Woodlands & Spring and a member of the MWT Realty Team. She is experienced in both commercial and residential transactions. In addition, she has 9 years of investment and property management experience and 18 years of International Corporate HR and Recruiting Management experience in the Oil & Gas industry. Laurie is a lifelong learner and has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Management and has completed several Executive Education Courses at Harvard, MIT, and SMU. Laurie is a member of the Texas Association of Realtors, Montgomery County Association of Realtors, Houston Association of Realtors, Womens Council of Realtors, and the Commercial Real Estate Association. In addition, she is a Notary Public for the State of Texas and is a member of the American Association of Notaries.

I began my real estate career in 2010 as an agent in The Woodlands, TX and my passion for real estate developed out of a desire for connecting people to the things that they love. The foundation of a strong career starts with being surrounded by a group of hard working individuals who have a desire to work and grow together to serve others. So moving from agent to leader was a natural progression for me. After serving buyer and seller clients for 4 years, I was offered the opportunity to become Executive Director for Keller Williams Realty in The Woodlands, TX. As life happens, I relocated to the East Coast and took the same role in Savannah, Ga. for Keller Williams Coastal Area Partners. Now, I am back where it all started in The Woodlands, Tx as the Executive Director of Keller Williams The Woodlands once again. These roles taught me a great deal about the importance and strength in collaboration, building relationships, and a united team. I possess a love for building strong connections and a heart for giving back.
