Born and raised in Houston, TX, Rae-Shell D. Fletcher has been a realtor for seven years. With an origin in listing investment properties, she has learned various ends of real estate and finds her best fit helping buyers and sellers find the "deal" of their dreams. She prides herself on being part of an investing team known as Real House Leads, where she assists in being a strong advocate and negotiator for her clients. Community involvement is essential to Rae-Shell, and she believes in giving back to help others. Rae-Shell holds a B.B.A. in Management from Prairie View A&M University, an A.A.S. Degree in Business from North Harris County College, a Master of Fine Arts Degree in Creative Writing from Full Sail University, and has more than 20 years' experience in leadership and management skills. In addition, Rae-Shell has completed Hi-definition Filmmaking at New York Film Academy. In her spare time, Rae-Shell enjoys writing, producing, short films, and spending time with family and friends.

My family and I have lived in The Woodlands, in Montgomery County, for over 22 years.
