I was looking for a place to lease in a very short amount of time and wasn't sure whether it'll be an apartment, a condo/townhouse, or a house. I contacted Cathy and all I had to tell her was which part of town I wanted to live in. I gave her a few other key points I was looking for and within a short period of time she gave me a list of places to consider. I ended up with an awesome apartment within the museum district; I couldn't be more happier. Houston is such a big city and working with someone who is very knowledgeable about lifestyle and activities that goes on within a community is such a plus. I didn't feel that the any of the listings she recommended was a waste of my time to look at; it was tailored specifically to me. It was such a pleasure working with Cathy.
