“This transaction relates to the selling of my home. the deal was challenging owing to mortgage interest rates increasing 2 days after my property was listed, and the property value being at the upper-end of the local market average. in short, Justina remained focused and driven over a period of 4-5 months. she was creative in trying to find a solution for the sale with every potential buyer. she was available at all times, late nights, weekend etc. even during a family bereavement. she was always volunteering to go the extra step, even watering plants whilst I was on vacation etc. I would highly recommend Justina to any buyers/sellers. she is obviously very intelligent, extremely pleasant and the fee was very-well earned. she is a true professional.”

Justina was available 24/7. owing to my own work commitments, many calls/communications were late at night, during weekends etc. She was always available. additionally, she took the initiative on every aspect of the purchase, chasing my own mortgage lender personnel, helping arrange inspections, finding specs from the original house builders, reviewing subdivision rules, etc. In short, it seemed as if she placed herself in the buyer's shoes and then was the driving force in ensuring that everything happened ahead of time and thoroughly. she was always a step ahead of me.
