“This was my second time to use Elma Garcia as my realtor. She assisted me with buying my new home and 6 months later, she handled the sale of my previous home. Elma is terrific Her advice saved me money and headache during both transactions. Did I mention she was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and also honorably ethical. I am not a game player and did not want to play all the back and forth games that can go on with any large purchase or sale. There was no game playing. Elma truly wanted me to be happy with the sale and she also hoped the new owners would be happy in my old home. She assembled a book of information that was left for the buyers and I added a few items to help them get to know the house. It was very considerate of her. Elma kept me up to date and was always willing to explain each portion of the buying and selling process. I ask a lot of questions and Elma answered each of them. She also utilize and collaborated with others on the Gary Green team to ensure the options offered to me were the best for my situation. I am widowed and there were some additional tasks we needed to accomplish. Elma always found an answer and consulted with me when there were multiple options available. When my sale was complete, I looked back at all the time and heart she put into ensuring I was happy with the end results. Had I decided to sell by owner or buy without representation I would have lost thousands of dollars and possibly my mind. If you think you can handle your sale or purchase alone, well, you probably can, but hiring a professional is worth every cent Elma Garcia is worth every single cent. She both saved and made me much more money than the realtor commission cost. Lastly, If you are in need of realty services, I would give my highest recommendation to Elma Garcia. She takes pride in doing her job well. In today’s work force, it can be difficult to find someone with an excellent work ethic. I was lucky to have been refferred to Elma Garcia.
