5 Stars across the board! Not only was Teri Canal very knowledgeable, organized, skilled in execution, kept us informed throughout the home buying process but pleasant to work with. She was able to assist us at all angles despite our dilemma encountered at Wells Fargo and overall, within 3 weeks, and her vast network base close on our first home. She made the process enjoyable and smooth and it was truly a pleasure to work with her.

It was a absolute pleasure working with Teri to sell our rental property. She was the most professional, hardworking, knowledgeable realtor we have ever worked with. She actually followed up on all of the showings, and made a lot of calls to try and sell the house. I would highly recommend using Teri as your realtor and you will be so glad that you did.

If there is anything higher than 5 star, I will give it to Teri. She is an agent of first rank and is supposed to be amongst the topmost agents in the state. She is very knowledgeable, helpful and very patient. She guides you as if she living in the house. We higher recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house.

She is also very focused on your goal, and she will help you find the perfect home. From selecting the right funding options, filtering through many different homes, scheduling showings, to choosing the right inspectors, Teri was with us every step of the home buying process.
