“Teresa was FANTASTIC! She scheduled an entire afternoon to go around and show us several properties we had chosen. We quickly made an offer on a beautiful home. After the inspection, the sellers seemed unwilling to compromise on a couple of simple fixes we wanted. I was willing to just let it go, but Teresa stood up for us and helped with the negotiations. At one point Teresa was willing to walk away with us, on basically, a done deal, and start the process over again. She was 100 percent looking out for our best interest, even if it meant delaying a closing for herself. Teresa ended up getting us a much better deal than I expected and was there answering any questions we had along the way. We closed the other day and she has already reached out to check on us. She is even looking out for her next client and offered to come pick up our empty moving boxes so they they can be used again. I plan to refer Teresa any chance I get.”
