We are a young and growing family of 3 actively looking to buy our first home in what is probably the most competitive housing market in history. After working with 3 different realtors in 2 different markets, my wife and I were referred to TBT by a good friend about thee months ago. After an introductory conversation with Tammie, she connected us with Kennon Henry. Kennon went from being our agent - to our advisor - to our good friend and confidante. We are picky (maybe too picky), we ask a ton of questions, we are nervous and excited, on and on and on. But Kennon has never made us feel like a burden. Quite the opposite. She has always - and I mean ALWAYS been available when we needed her, had a question or wanted to view a property on short notice. She has walked us through a contract at 10:30pm, answered texts at midnight and much more. We have gotten close to making at least one careless decision and if it weren't for Kennon, we may have gone through with it. I've never questioned her integrity or her genuine investment in my family. She is honest and transparent - tells us what she knows and what she doesn't, provides recommendations when she can and when it's appropriate, and she just does it the right way. She is well connected in the community and always has a huge smile on her face every time she pulls in the driveway to show us a new property. After working with Kennon for the last three months, I won't work with anyone else and she will be the first call I make if we decide to buy another home in the future, and she will be the first person I recommend to my family and friends looking for a home in greater Brazoria County. I think this was originally posted in error, as I haven't done business with TBT. However, I do know they are very reputable and sell many properties in Brazoria County.

Kandy with TBT is the best! First, she worked, showing house after house to us... months, until we found the perfect house. She then worked with a difficult developer, making the purchase seamless and easy for us. Secondly, Kandy sold our old house. She developed interest before the house went on the market. On the market one day, we received above ask offer! Sold!

Lindsey did an excellent job of getting our house sold quickly at an excellent price point.
