We recently moved from Rhode Island all the way down to Texas and Susan made the process extremely easy for us! We first reached out to Susan when we noticed her name next to one of the houses we were interested in. She was full of knowledge every step of the way, she was always quick to respond to our emails and answer our phone calls (we actually don't even know what her voicemail sounds like, because she always answers!), and it became clear to us very early on that she had our best interest in mind. We're a young couple buying our first home and knew close to nothing about the process - we definitely couldn't have done it without Susan! She helped us find our dream home, taught us so much about the house buying process with unending patience (including negotiating, of course), and has continued to help us with various things since we moved in. Throughout the process, it was evident that she had many years of professional real estate experience and this, paired with her friendly demeanor, helped us feel confident in her ability to get us into our dream home. Although we only met Susan a few months ago when we reached out to her about a property we were interested in, we now consider her a good friend because she has been so wonderful to us. Finally, another way to judge a person's character is by getting to know the people they surround themselves with. Susan's coworker, Shiela, was equally as wonderful in this process and stepped in to help us when Susan was out of town. Susan also referred other house services to us, including a handyman, locksmith, and yard team, and all of them were great! We would recommend Susan 1000 times over. She is very professional and trustworthy, will help you every step of the way and go above and beyond what you would expect from a realtor, and will provide you with all the guidance you could need to have a successful home buying process!

My wife and I had an amazing experience working with Susan. Not only was she excellent at helping us find our new home, she also was very effective at managing the emotional process that comes with buying a home. She served as a great partner and advisor to us in the process. I highly recommend Susan for anyone who needs to buy or sell a home.
