Kim Holstead was born and raised in Houston. Andrew Missick lives and work in the Houston and surrounding areas for more than 29 years and understands what makes our real estate market and the people who call it home so special. Andrew entered the real estate market as a real estate investor in 2005. He is family oriented and is passionate about real estate. His desire to assist others in achieving the American dream of home ownership has inspired him to become a licensed Texas Realtor. As an investor he has acquired and rehabbed several single and multi-family properties for rentals and resale. His knowledge and experience of the investment market has transitioned smoothly into the consumer home buying and selling markets. As a realtor, Andrew and his Keller Williams team has assisted many home buyers and sellers in navigating the complexities of the real estate market. Bailey is a native of the Greater Houston area and has resided in Fort Bend County for nearly 30 years, she is a graduate of Lawrence E. Elkins High School in Missouri City, TX. She also earned her Bachelor's in Marketing and Master's of Business Administration from Houston Christian University. Bailey was a member of both the Indoor and Beach Volleyball teams at Houston Christian University, served as team captain, and earned All-Conference accolades during her time as a collegiate athlete.

After working in Renewable Energy Recruitment after college, she decided that a career in real estate was her passion. Bailey is knowledgeable of the Houston market as she has resided here all her life, she prides herself on understanding every one of her clients and devising the appropriate plan to achieve a common goal whether the goal is purchasing the dream home, selling, investing, or leasing. With her athletic background, she knows how important it is to goal set, put a process and systems in place and to communicate effectively to her clients so they are always in the know.
