I started in 2002 in Las Colinas Texas specializing in golf course communities. Then in 2006 Moved to Aubrey Texas and specialized in Horse and Acreage properties. I moved to the Sugar Land area in 2011. I have experience in Residential , Lots and Acreage, Horse / Ranch, Rental, Golf Course, investment, as well as Retirement communities. I have listed and or sold homes anywhere from $50,000. to 1million. I have vast knowledge in contracts and am a skilled negotiator.

As a former teacher, then turned academic advisor, Erika understands the importance of building relationships based on trust. Bailey is a native of the Greater Houston area and has resided in Fort Bend County for nearly 30 years, she is a graduate of Lawrence E. Elkins High School in Missouri City, TX. She also earned her Bachelor's in Marketing and Master's of Business Administration from Houston Christian University. Bailey was a member of both the Indoor and Beach Volleyball teams at Houston Christian University, served as team captain, and earned All-Conference accolades during her time as a collegiate athlete.

After working in Renewable Energy Recruitment after college, she decided that a career in real estate was her passion. Bailey is knowledgeable of the Houston market as she has resided here all her life, she prides herself on understanding every one of her clients and devising the appropriate plan to achieve a common goal whether the goal is purchasing the dream home, selling, investing, or leasing. With her athletic background, she knows how important it is to goal set, put a process and systems in place and to communicate effectively to her clients so they are always in the know.
