She also earned her Bachelor's in Marketing and Master's of Business Administration from Houston Christian University. Bailey was a member of both the Indoor and Beach Volleyball teams at Houston Christian University, served as team captain, and earned All-Conference accolades during her time as a collegiate athlete.

After working in Renewable Energy Recruitment after college, she decided that a career in real estate was her passion. Bailey is knowledgeable of the Houston market as she has resided here all her life, she prides herself on understanding every one of her clients and devising the appropriate plan to achieve a common goal whether the goal is purchasing the dream home, selling, investing, or leasing.
