I have been licensed to practice real estate in the state of Texas since 2005. Prior to working with Realm Real Estate Professionals, I was an agent with Lege Properties. My husband, Jose and I, are the proud parents of a son and 2 daughters, along with our dog, Cooper. Having lived in the West/Southwest areas of Houston for 26 years, I pride myself in knowing all there is to know about the area. I spent 20 years as an Administrative Assistant and later as a business development coordinator in Corporate America in various industries where I developed strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, timely responsiveness, and knowledge of the market. Transitioning to the real industry was natural for me because of my experience assisting expatriates and their families relocate to the United States from all over the globe and gives me a special advantage in understanding the challenges of moving to a new country or state and the importance of a trustworthy, dependable and knowledgeable Realtor. With 20 years in the industry first as a mortgage loan officer and then a real estate agent, my role is not just a realtor, but a target marketing specialist to my sellers by exposing their homes to the most opportune buyers. To my buyers, actively working to build a list of potential homes that meet your specific needs that may not always be in the MLS. I moved from my hometown of Brooklyn, the New York to the Houston area 42 years ago and have seen the tremendous development of the real estate market. I must say that Houston offers reasonable real estate and makes it affordable for a large percentage of families to own their own homes. I have been married for 33 years to my sweetie, Perry Williams and have two adult sons. My greatest ambition is to educate my clients in every aspect of real estate.

Janice Campbell moved from the Philippines at the age of 5 and became a US citizen several years later. She moved to Rosenberg, Texas in 1981 and graduated from Terry High School in 1983. After completing a degree in education at Sam Houston Sate University she moved back to Rosenberg. In 2017, Janice Campbell retired from teaching middle school after being in education for 29 years. Those years of teaching helped her understand how to work with children, their parents and fellow teachers. Through her experience in education she developed skills that enabled her to explain and share new information that led to success for her students and team members. With these skills Janice is able to lead her clients to make informed decisions in their real estate transactions. Janice Campbell is married and has three children. As their kids started graduating from high school, she and her husband decided to purchase homes in the cities where their children decided to attend college. Later, the couple kept the homes as rental properties. When Janice Campbell retired, this encouraged her to begin a new career in Real Estate.
