Stylianos was extremely knowledgable and meticulously explained the home buying process to us being first time homebuyers. We only submitted one offer after seeing more than 20houses and successfully got the house of our dreams in a multiple offer situation with 8 offers. He negotiated with the seller and saved us more than $4,000 in closing costs and identified and corrected overcharges in HOA due to the property sitting on a double lot.
