Stephanie Schraeder

Stephanie Schraeder was born and raised in Harris County. Stephanie moved to Magnolia, TX in Montgomery County with her family in 2013, and she became a licensed real estate agent in 2019.

"I love living in Magnolia and being part of such a close community. I chose a career in real estate because I want to help other people find their perfect place to call home in the Houston area." Stephanie enjoys meeting new people and developing relationships. The local real estate market has something to offer everyone whether looking to buy or sell.

Stephanie's experience hasn't always been in real estate. She spent 7 years as a public relations coordinator for a Houston area school district before taking time away from working full time to raise her young family. It was during this time, that Stephanie began engaging in local organizations and making connections with other moms and community members in a volunteer role. A career in real estate was a natural transition for Stephanie's skills and interests.

Stephanie also manages a website and social media presence with her husband for Rockin S Hunting Company, a Texas hunting guide service. Stephanie understands the importance of using the influence of social media to market properties. Her desire and drive to find that perfect home is what really sets her apart.

Stephanie is married to her dedicated husband, Mike, who loves the outdoor life that Texas and the Gulf Coast have to offer. Together they are raising their two sons, who keep them busy with sports and activities. As a family, they enjoy traveling, hunting and fishing.
