A+ team to work with when selling & buying a home. They are all respectful and kind in their approach to gathering information needed to make things move smoothly through each process. We took a while to get our home ready to sell and she and the team were very patient. Their knowledge in the realty business is superb. We'll always be thankful for Stephanie being such a wonderful listener. She is a very kind and friendly person and we are grateful for her hard work. Much Thanks!!!!

We feel so lucky to have Stephanie sell our home. Stephanie is extremely knowledgeable about the area and was able to price our home perfectly. She put us first, helped us maximize our profit, not just to get the deal done. She always answered our questions quickly and patiently. The stager and photographer were also very helpful, professional and easy to communicate with. Overall I highly recommend working with Stephanie and her team!

I had a property that had to be put on the market ASAP and rented out. Stephanie Cribbs assigned her team member April to help me out and they were very quick to take pictures and look at the property. I am glad to have worked with Stephanie Cribbs and her team member April as she was very prompt in answering any of my questions. We got a significant inflow of tenants and Stephanie was able to help me vet their history. We did have a really procrastinating realtor on the other end and I really appreciated Stephanie's help to accelerate the process to have the tenants signed the lease. We enjoyed working with your team and look forward to working with you again.

We chose Stephanie to sell our house after seeing how successful she was selling other homes in our neighborhood. She was extremely helpful and responsive during the entire process. Our house sold for 99% of list price which shows just how knowledgeable she is of the area and the market. We will definitely be a return client for her!

We had observed Stephanie Crib's success for over 5 years before we had the need and or opportunity to employ her services. We knew great things would happen in the sale of our home because of Stephanie's past success. It truly seemed that everything she touched, turned to gold. So, we weren't surprised at all when she set a neighborhood sales record with our home. We poured our hearts and souls into the construction and modifications to our home. We spared no expense in making it lavish but yet comfortable. Stephanie's talent gave us the reward of finding the right buyers at the right price. You just can't go wrong with Stephanie!
