She is very familiar with the real estate market and its many quirks, She has been described as a true entreprenuer, having a hard work ethic and being a genius with numbers. She is most known for her ability to see the potential in a specific situation and how everyone can benefit from it but her favorite area is mentoring agents that want to build their own real estate careers. Shelly Walzel is a native Texan and has lived here her entire life. She holds a BBA in Business Management from the University of Houston. She has been married to her husband Spencer Walzel for 35+ years and has 2 adult children. All family members are active in the real estate world in one way or another.
