They following are FAQ's about me: Where are you from? I am originally from Chicago, IL but now call Houston, TX home. What brought you to Texas? My partner and I looked a lot of places, when we looked at Houston we saw the potential of settling down, buying a house, and enjoying the hot weather. What did you do before real estate? Before real estate I was a elementary teacher. I am also a flight attendant. How would you explain you? I am outgoing introvert, I can be the life of the party or stay at my home and watch a movie. I love to entertain at my house, host pool parties and cook. How do you communicate? I am a person who likes to get to know others. I feed of the knowledge of others. I am always available whether it be about real estate or you need to talk, I am more than just your real estate agent, I will be come your friend. Hopefully we get to know each other better soon.

I grew up in Montgomery County, and I am a Texas girl through and through! I love the greater Houston area so much my husband and I have chosen this location to raise our three daughters!

After graduating with my Bachelor's of Science degree, I spent a few years in the classroom before diving into Real Estate. My husbands family started Wick-Mullins Realty and Property Management, and I have been so blessed to be able to learn from their 40 years of experience! My husband and I are blessed to be working together doing what we love.

The way you present your home serves as an extension of how much you care about your property and, believe it or not, targets your particular buyer. Presentation can be tricky. If you put effort into the wrong thing, it can derail the whole selling experience and leave you with low offers and long days on the market.

Most sellers I speak with just don't know where to begin or they are overwhelmed so they go to an investor like Opendoor, Offer Pad, or Orchard. What sellers don't know is these investor companies charge an up front 'reselling' fee of 5%-6% to pay for the commissions of the agents who will resell your home AFTER the investor purchases it from you. What seller's also don't know is that these companies give you $20k~ less than market value and then deduct repairs on top of that and still charge an additional 1% transaction fee. If you haven't done the math yet, that is roughly $40k+ of your equity (depending on true market value). They are using your equity to make money so you don't have to do any repairs or have any showings. For very few people, this is a very necessary evil. For most people, you need to run as fast as you can and come find me!
