Joanne Dungca has been a Texas native for 15 years. She has been a licensed agent since 2009. At the commencement of her career in the Real Estate industry, she worked in New Home/New Contstruction sales. She made the decision to become a licensed Real Estate Agent to be able to help both buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords in both new construction, existing homes, foreclosures and distressed homes (pre-foreclosures/short sales).

Joanne has been a multi-million dollar producer, belongs to the Houston Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, is an Accredited Buyer's Representative and is also a Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer. In addition to my primary development activities, I serve as a consultant for Hunter Housing Economics (HHE), headquartered in West Palm Beach, Florida. At HHE, I engage in financial modeling, real estate valuations, and extensive market analysis across various asset types. My contributions leverage a deep understanding of business and financial data analysis, allowing me to offer strategic insights that protect clients from risks, enhance resource efficiency, and ensure optimal outcomes. My integral role within the HHE leadership team involves participating in numerous pivotal studies.
