For 15 years, I worked as an educator, primarily teaching kindergarten students. As a team leader, I successfully catered to a wide variety of learners, including those who struggled to hold a pencil to those who could read at a high level. I took on the roles of counselor, mentor, mother figure, mediator, nurse, supporter, and a good listener to my students, which helped me to meet everyone's unique needs. I loved presenting new information every day and have a deep understanding of individual needs and compassion for others. Those skills transfer to my real estate business, where I continue to teach, listen, and offer patience to my clients. Before teaching, I worked for a home builder for four years, where I served as a sales consultant. I wrote contracts, coordinated meetings, and ensured customer satisfaction. I received high customer satisfaction reviews for providing excellent customer service and consistent communication throughout the build process. I was a top sales consultant at my company. I then transitioned into becoming a successful real estate agent. As a resident of the Houston area for the past 15 years, I have been active in my community, volunteering at my daughters' schools and serving as the TCGC Chair for the local HS band and a member of the PTO Board. When not volunteering, I enjoy exploring new restaurants throughout Houston and participating in Restaurant Weeks. I also enjoy listening to music and dancing. Alejandro was born and raised in the Woodlands Texas. Through his experience in hospitality and his perseverance on and off the soccer field as a player and coach, he's acquired great social and leadership skills. This has also showed him to adapt to many different crowds and bring together many different types of people and personalities to accomplish difficult tasks.
