Before joining the Real Estate industry, Crystal was a flight attendant for US Air, Continental Airlines and United Airlines for a total of 19 years. Born in Weirton, West Virginia, she has lived in the Houston area since 1994.

A strong, eight-year background in the oil and gas industry, coupled with her earlier training as a teacher, gave Tamra Kolin an excellent foundation for her career as a Realtor. "I took the knowledge I had accrued in land ownership and property transfers, the customer service skills I'd perfected interacting with land owners, and the discipline and organization I'd developed as a teacher, and transitioned into a career in residential real estate," Tamra says.

Born and raised in Spring, Texas, Tamra brings valuable first-hand knowledge of Tomball and Spring neighborhoods. A graduate of Spring High School, Tamra holds a bachelor of science in interdisciplinary studies from Stephen F. Austin University. She is actively involved with her children at school functions and on the soccer field, and in working with animal rescue organizations. Tamra and her husband love to find time to travel and enjoy living life in the Tomball area.

My background is in Regulatory and GIS (Geographic Information Systems) in the oil & gas industry. I attended Sam Houston State University which I was a member of the basketball team and majored in Business Administration. I love meeting and helping people reach/achieve their goals. Hi, my name is Eva Campos. I was born and raised in Houston, so this has given me the opportunity to be well versed with the different parts of our city. My background is education. As a product of Houston ISD, I graduated from the High School for the Performing Arts (HSPVA) and graduated from St Thomas University. I received both my bachelors and masters degree from St Thomas. I retired in 2021 from Houston ISD as an elementary school principal in the Heights. As a full-time real estate agent, I provide monthly home buyer workshops to educate my first time buyers, so that they will dive into this new journey with both ease and confidence. This is an opportunity for them to meet and interview a group of lenders and home inspectors so they can begin to build those relationships of their choice. A new experience can be both exciting and frightening, so I walk my buyers through the entire process, answer questions, and keep them informed. I am bilingual, so I explain the process and details in the language my clients understands best. As a prior educator, I understand the importance of staying abreast of the new laws and continuous changes in the real estate business. Each year, I exceed the required number of hours to satisfy the state requirements because I want to serve my clients to the best of my abilities. At my brokerage, I also serve as one of the coaches that guide and support brand new agents. I believe training and mentoring are essential for both the agent and the client experience. I recently graduated from the HAR Texas Real Estate Leadership Program as class of 2023. Each year, I am intentional about learning and growing professionally in this industry.

Prior to going into Real Estate, I was an Information Technology Recruiter and was responsible for helping my clients find a job that they were happy and excited about. I have lived in the Spring/Klein area since the 80’s and have 2 children that currently attend schools in the Klein ISD school district and I am active member in my children’s school and Spring Community.
