“We chose Mr. Kohli due to a friend s referral. They had a very good experience with him when they were buying their house. We had to sell and buy properties consecutively, long and crazy process of almost 6 mths but Mr. Kohli never left us stranded. He was always available to answer any concerns we had. Very dependable realtor to guide one through this long process. He would explain everything in great deal, always kept us in the loop of what was going on. He also has a great team of contacts if we needed to have any work done on the house for reasonable charges. He is very respectful in his mannerism. Even when we had some issues with our lender, he was there to help us out and sorted all issues with the lender. so our closing could take place on time. Overall , very good experience, definitely would recommend to family friends. ”
