I have been in the mortgage business for over 25 years and have worked with a lot of Realtors. Shonna King is among the best Realtors I have come across. She was always on her game. Extremely punctual in delivery anything we needed to process the mortgage for her Buyer. Always went the extra mile and was kept in close contact with me throughout her Buyer's purchase/mortgage process. If you are in the market to purchase or sell a home, I would highly recommend using Shonna King. You will not regret it!

Shonna was an extreme professional. She educated me on the process of buying before we ever started looking . She was very responsive when I had questions and was always kind and patient . She helped me with each offer and explained the details well . When I decided to go new construction, she negotiated a huge discount that even the sales lady couldn’t believe. But , we got it . I highly recommend her and her team. You won’t find anybody better . Thank you Shonna!

I 1000% recommend working with Shonna! She is a true professional who genuinely cares about helping her clients! Even when a situation comes up that is not a “slam dunk” and others may give up, Shonna goes above and beyond to make it happen.
