There are not enough words to describe how fabulous Sarah is!!! I was referred to her by a close friend of mine and I am so thankful. Sarah listened to everything I was looking for in a home and then asked further questions to really get me thinking about all of my possibilities. She understood what I wanted and has such a wealth of knowledge in the area. Sarah's ability to prepare me and to help negotiate our offer was really key. She literally took me step by step and made sure I understood everything as first time home buyers. Her connections and relationships in the industry made everything so much easier for us and made us make a very informed decision.
