“I understand that many aspects of a real estate deal are outside of the control of a realtor ( appraisal, lenders, inspection, etc). However, Santos stays involved throughout all aspects of the deal. If something goes wrong, I use him as my point of contact to help me deal with 3rd parties. Even though it is outside of his control, he does everything he can to keep things moving along. We have used other realtors in the past that aren't very timely in their communications, or aren't very knowledgeable. I consider those some of the most important qualities in a realtor and Santos was excellent in those categories. ”
