“Overall felt the agent and JLA were passing us off to different people moment to moment. I would not recommend this agent if you expect follow through and honesty. Agent claimed illness within 30 minutes of disliking a request and passed us to another agent to takeover; but less than 48 hours was sending emails to agent she passed off to. She does not handle conflict, confrontation well. Unable to finish the process to the end. No one contacted us in any manner after we signed, no one thanked us for going through the process with them and their many pass offs. ”
