Before discovering her passion to practice real estate, Andria Williams, REALTOR® spent over 20 years serving the public in various contracting and procurement positions for federal, state, and local governments in Texas and Arizona. Andria obtained her Master's in Public Administration with a concentration in government where she was then awarded a certification to become a Professional Public Buyer by the Universal Public Procurement Certification Council. Through her education and experience, Andria has developed the skills and knowledge to uphold ethical standards, active listening, and contract negotiation. These skills have aided her in becoming a success in the real estate industry. Her passion for real estate stems from the want to provide outstanding service by showing compassion and professionalism to her clients. Andria is a native Texan and enjoys the diversity of people, food, and attractions! She gives back to her community by volunteering for an array of public service initiatives through her sorority and is a certified Volunteer Deputy Registrar for Bexar County. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, watching movies, shopping, traveling, writing poetry, and cheering on her favorite sports teams.

Debbie Hassenmiller, a native Texan, has numerous talents that provide a substantial foundation for her success in real estate. Her experience as an interior designer affords clients a trained eye to assist them in visualizing the possibilities offered by different properties.

She has great vision for home details and therefore becoming a home stager was a natural direction for Debbie to take. This ability is invaluable when she is helping a seller prepare a home for the market. She has a keen eye that sets a high standard for the best possible presentation of any property.

Debbie takes the role of being a realtor very seriously and stays abreast of market trends in all areas in which she sells. She believes hands-on is the best approach and is emphatic about keeping her clients informed on all aspects of the real estate climate.

Debbie's clients are in the hands of an expert whose background is steeped in association with all types of organizations pertaining to real estate. She is past director of the Custom Home Builders Council, Remodeler's Council, Bay Area Builders Council, and the Montgomery County Builders and Developers Division within the Greater Houston Builders Association.

Boating, golfing, traveling, creating spaces and events are Debbie's favorite past times. She is married and has four daughters.
