Ryan took on the difficult task of helping us sell our home of 20 years. A home which by definition was somewhat dated, a bit rough around the edges.... or in other words, well lived in, and one that we both loved but was no longer the home we needed. Add to this the fact that we had already purchased our new home in a community about 4 hours away and we were looking to him to help us manage the day to day of preparing the home for sale as well as the actual listing and sale. Ryan and his team excelled in every aspect of this process and at the end of the day secured us an offer at our full asking price and a closing that went smoothly. I can therefore recommend The Adams Group without reservation.

He won't tell you what you want to hear unless that is the best for you. -He is on top of the market: he knows what is happening and where. You'll be talking to a knowledgeable consultant on your side instead of someone rushing to get the commission. -His analyses are supported by data. He'll give you his opinion if you want it, and it will be balanced with factual market information. -He also reads about future trends, which makes his views informative and comprehensive. -He will advise you to go to the market at the right time and after all due diligence has been carried out. Unless you are in a rush, follow his guidance on when to bring your home to market and the price. -He'll help you get everything in order for the sale. He can connect you with folks who will help you get your home in the best shape possible so you can get the best buck for it. Those guys are fast and charge fair prices. -His YouTube channel is also helpful. Check it out as it gives good market insights, not just on housing, but on the economy. If you work with him, you'll be in good hands.
