Ruth is hands down the BEST realtor in the Houstom area to work with. She always went way above and beyond to make sure all details, from the most important to the smallest, were seen to and taken care of. From staging the house, to hiring painting, landscaping, and cleaning contractors, Ruth worked tirelessly to make sure the house looked and presented itself...as beautifully as if it had just been built...from the Open House through it's closing which happened all within about 3-4 weeks! She made sure we received top dollar and always kept our best interests top of mind in negotiating with the buyers. Out of a possible 5 Star Rating, we give Ruth Allen 10 Stars!!!
