Sherry Campbell was professional all the way when we sold our house 5 months ago. From very quickly finding buyers through her connections, to helping us when unexpected plumbing issues were found after inspection. She was supportive, patient...and resourceful ! I strongly recommend her.

Sherry sold our house for list price in just over a week! It was a difficult sale with unrealistic buyers and I was an emotional seller, but Sherry still got it done! She was great at managing all parties with calmness and knowledge. It is constantly evident that she has been doing this a long time. I would and have already recommended her. The great thing about working with a broker is that she has a great team. When we needed something moved....she had movers...when we needed referrals to look at something after inspection...she had recommendations, she watered our plants, brought in boxes, looked after plumbers and the list goes on. We sold our house while living out of state and Sherry and her team handled everything for us. In a VERY stressful time of living in an executive apartment with 3 kids and 4 animals, out of state, while doing renovations to our new house and selling a house in Houston, Sherry made things easier than I could have imagined and I am not easy to please.

We have just acquired our second residence in the Energy Corridor. When I had to hire a realtor, I chose 2, including Sherry. I felt pressure from the first one, who wants to push you to make the decision as quickly as possible because you might regret it if the house is taken by others. What I liked about Sherry was that she was always there, checking in from time to time, because we wanted to take our time to find a house we liked, and we didn't have a deadline because we were in our own current house too. When it came to buying, she gave us the right guidance because she also has a large network of experts she works with, which saved us the time of searching and meeting more than one expert because she was already working with them, so she was a useful reference. And in terms of communication, she sent us all the reminders when needed, along with the updates, while remaining out of our decision-making time.

I am very lucky that I had Sheryle Campbell as my full-service selling agent. I live in Seattle, instead of Houston. When my tenants informed me that they would quit after 5 years living in my house in Houston, I urgently needed an agent who could take over the house from my tenant on my behalf when the lease was due, arranged to repair, clean or upgrade the house if necessary, and stage it for sales. I hoped that I didn't have to fly from Seattle to Houston for the house. Frankly speaking, it doesn't help much if I flew to Houston. I checked with some agents, including Redfin. However, no other agent can do the full-service for me. They simply don't supply this kind of full service, they only wanted to be a sales agent. Sherry has a strong and powerful team of contractors who can repair any part of house. Her contractors all worked in a very professional, prompt, reasonable way. She arranged and solved all the problems. Sherry staged my house successfully, took photos and video for the house, and used many special websites/tunnels to advertise. It made the house much more attractive, so that buyers offered in no time after her staging. She communicated between buyers and us in an efficient way. During the period of closing date, we were travelling outside of the USA. Sherry arranged to finish the closing online. So, from the tenant informed me that he didn't renew the lease, to we sold the house and received the money in our bank account, I didn't fly to Houston. It is my best move to have Sherry/ Sheryle Campbell as my selling agent. Sherry is a powerful, reliable, honest, kind, professional agent. She can supply full service, which other agents can't do. She should be the best agent in Houston. If you try to find house in Energy Corridor, Houston, No doubt that Sherry is the best agent you can choose. My experience is: Choose Sherry, trust her, follow her. you will sell your house in good price successfully.

Energy Realty was abolsutely great to work with. Sherry Campbell really knows her stuff as to when to list and how to market a home. My home sold in three days and for more than we expected!
