Very quick to answer any questions I had on behalf of my clients and let me know the moment he heard something from his client. Loved working together with Rick to get my clients into a rental home!

SOLD in Less Than a Week!!! Excellent job! Rick, the consummate professional! His input on the degree of house rehab turned out to be such good advice. From rehab needed to the superior contract negotiations, The Dittemore Team knocked it out of the park! Full price and the number I netted is my best-case scenario I'd hoped for. Can't beat that.

Fantastic group to work with. Super thouough in all aspects of buying and selling our places. Explained things we would I have never thought of during the process. Even had some local contractors that we could use to help prep our place to get ready to get top dollar. Mr. Rick was available even after hours when we called him and he and his team gave such personal attention then we felt like we were his only client. He's got a great reputation in the Katy and surrounding areas as a top agent for a reason which is why we chose him. I would highly recommend this gentleman and his group.
