“Let me start by saying that after 8 homes and 4 long distance moves this was the best experience I ve had buying a home and every bit of the positive experience is because of Rene Lara My family has moved several times because of my job and we ve come to loathe the process of searching for a new home Most of our moves have been considerable distances which obviously makes house hunting very difficult We walked into this process assuming this move would be our most difficult as it s the longest distance we ve moved yet That being said Rene made this our easiest move and most positive experience yet Until calling Rene I ve never had a realtor I believed truly cared about what we wanted Every one of our previous experiences seemed like we were nothing more than a paycheck at the end That was NOT the case with Rene He was incredibly patient extremely knowledgeable and he went FAR above and beyond on multiple occasions to accommodate us Rene talked with us like friends instead of customers he was very open and honest and he based everything on what we were looking for It took only one conversation and video showing for me to be 100 comfortable with Rene and his advice Since we were long distance we were relying on him to give us the best information possible He was our eyes and ears and he did not disappoint On several occasions Rene stopped what he was doing and traveled throughout the Houston metro area to show us neighborhoods and homes via Facetime Imagine my surprise when I sent Rene a link to a home asking for information and the response I received was a call from Rene standing outside of the home soon after Did I mention the home was an hour away from him I sent him a link asking for his thoughts on a home an hour away and he calls me from the home with a ton of information WOW This experience was second to none and I cannot say enough to express my family s appreciation for Rene ”
